We will take the time to guide you through any possible difficulties in your plan, and suggest solutions you might never have thought of. At this point, we can also give you an idea of the cost of your project and a tentative construction schedule. This helps to clarify your goals and align the expectations of everyone involved. We want to make sure we are a good fit with you, and are able to give you the quality you expect, in the time frame you have in mind.

After we have established the general idea of what your project looks like, a design agreement is signed, and a site plan established. We will then move into the planning stage. This is the fun part! We will consult with you about how you plan to use the space, who will be using it, and how your plan will adapt to possible future lifestyle changes. It is at this stage that materials, finishes, and other options which may present themselves during our meetings with you, are discussed and evaluated. With this information, we develop preliminary drawings and a detailed project proposal is created. We also review the financial aspects of the project again, just to make sure everything is still within your budget.

At this point, it's time to put our creative team to work. Preliminary sketches will turn into 3D CAD renderings and blueprints, making it possible for you to visualize exactly how your finished project will look. We will have also developed a detailed cost analysis and proposal, since one of our main goals as a company is to avoid any unwanted surprises later in the project. We believe that the customer and builder need to have a high level of trust in each other. The best way for us to make sure you can trust us, is to keep you totally informed and involved in every stage of the preliminary design and planning process. Once the construction agreement is signed, you will receive a binder of all project information and your design choices, as well as access to a website page created just for your project, which you can use to refresh your memory on project details and check on the progress of our team of craftsmen as they bring your dreams to life!
